Accessibility Statement

CrocsDeal aims to make its public editorial content usable by people with diverse abilities, devices, input methods, and display preferences. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product and editorial requirement rather than a one-time claim of perfect conformance.

Design and content practices

The public site uses semantic headings, landmarks, labels, keyboard-visible focus, a skip link, responsive reflow, scalable text, light and dark themes, alternative text for publication media, descriptive link text, and reduced-motion support where motion exists. Articles preserve a logical reading order and expose sources, notices, and disclosures in the document flow.

Standards and testing

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the design and verification target where applicable. Automated tests cover structure, color contrast, focus behavior, target size, zoom and narrow-screen reflow, and selected keyboard journeys. Automated checks cannot replace every browser, assistive technology, device, or individual experience, so some barriers may remain.

Known limitations

Third-party websites, consent messages, advertisements, and externally hosted source documents are not fully controlled by CrocsDeal. A newly activated provider must complete separate accessibility and browser validation. Older source documents may have inaccessible formats even when the CrocsDeal article that links to them is accessible.

Report a barrier

Use the verified contact in Publisher details and include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and a preferred way to receive a response. Do not include unnecessary medical information.

Response and alternatives

We will assess reproducible barriers, prioritize issues that block access to core content or privacy choices, and provide a reasonable accessible alternative where practical while a repair is prepared. Corrections are tested before release and recorded under the same change-control process as other public features.

This statement is reviewed when the public design, content system, or major external provider changes. The updated date reflects the current statement, not a guarantee that every possible accessibility combination has been physically tested.
