Terms and Conditions
Effective October 26, 2026. Updated October 26, 2026.
These terms apply to the CrocsDeal website operated by Webz Fusion (UEN: 53418515X), Singapore. They explain permitted use and the limits of this free editorial service. They do not override rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Questions can be sent to support@crocsdeal.com.
The service and its scope
CrocsDeal publishes information about footwear, clothing, shopping decisions, sport, wellbeing and related subjects. It is an independent publication, not a retailer, manufacturer, professional adviser or the official Crocs website. We are not represented as affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Crocs, Inc. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Articles provide general information. They are not personal medical, legal, financial or other professional advice and do not create a professional-client relationship. Read the General Disclaimer and, for health-related subjects, the Health Information Disclaimer. An article cannot assess your particular condition, workplace requirements, equipment or purchase.
Permitted use and fair automated access
You may read public pages, link to them and make uses permitted by law or by express permission. Do not interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, impersonate others, infringe rights or misrepresent CrocsDeal's content as your own. Automated retrieval must respect access controls and reasonable request limits. Our Copyright Policy explains attribution, search/AI discovery and permissions.
External sellers, sources and advertising
CrocsDeal has no public checkout or payment gateway. Contracts for products or services obtained from an external seller are with that seller. Prices, stock, promotions, delivery and return conditions can change or differ by country. Check the applicable seller's current terms; we cannot decide or process its returns or refunds.
External source links support reading and verification. A source-information popup summarises the context on CrocsDeal and offers a choice to visit the original; it does not turn the source's service into ours. External services have their own content, security and privacy practices. Ads are not endorsements. Material commercial relationships must be disclosed as explained in our Advertising Disclosure.
Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy describes processing, and Privacy and Data Rights provides choices and requests. Reading these terms, continuing to browse or contacting us does not provide consent to optional tracking. Please send only information reasonably necessary for an enquiry. Sending a correction or rights concern permits us to use the material to investigate and respond; it does not grant a general licence to publish your private correspondence.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to provide useful, accurate and accessible material, but information can become outdated and errors can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, a particular health or purchase outcome, or the continuing availability of an external reference. We may correct, update or remove material for editorial, safety, legal or operational reasons. Report errors under our Corrections Policy.
Responsibility and mandatory protections
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the free editorial service is provided as available and we exclude implied assurances that may lawfully be excluded. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of or inability to use the site. These provisions do not excuse a duty that the law makes mandatory.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability or statutory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not require you to waive a privacy complaint, regulator remedy or other non-excludable right.
Changes and governing law
Material updates apply prospectively from the displayed update/effective date; a change does not retrospectively remove an accrued right. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining lawful terms continue to apply to the extent possible. Failure to act on one occasion does not automatically waive a right.
Singapore law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Singapore courts may hear disputes, but this does not require a consumer to give up a right to bring proceedings in another competent court or to contact a regulator where applicable law provides that right. Contact us first if you wish to seek an informal resolution; doing so is not a precondition that removes a statutory remedy.
