Copyright and Content Use Policy

This policy explains ownership, permitted use, attribution, and rights complaints for CrocsDeal content. It does not change rights or exceptions provided by applicable law.

Ownership and licenses

Unless a page states otherwise, CrocsDeal or its operator controls the rights in original editorial text, site presentation, and original media. Identified third-party media, quotations, trademarks, research, and linked materials remain the property of their respective rights holders and may be used under permission, license, public-domain status, or an applicable legal exception.

Personal use and linking

You may read, link to, and quote limited portions for legitimate commentary, criticism, reporting, teaching, or similar purposes where the law permits, with clear attribution and a link to the relevant page. Do not reproduce a complete article or media file, remove credits, imply endorsement, resell the content, or create a substitute publication without permission.

Automated and AI use

Automated retrieval must respect access controls, security, and reasonable rate limits. This policy does not grant a license to copy the full catalogue, remove rights information, build a competing mirror, or use protected content in a way that applicable law or a separate machine-readable reservation prohibits.

Media provenance

Public media must have recorded provenance and appropriate presentation rights. CrocsDeal may use original, licensed, public-domain, or documented AI-generated material. Rights uncertainty fails the publication gate; the asset is removed or replaced rather than left public awaiting routine manual approval.

Report a rights concern

Send the verified contact in Publisher details: your name and contact information; identification of the protected work; the exact CrocsDeal URL and disputed material; the basis for your ownership or authority; the requested action; and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. Do not submit a knowingly false claim. A formal statutory notice may require additional statements depending on the governing jurisdiction.

Response

We may request clarification, restrict the affected asset while a claim is assessed, preserve evidence, contact the contributor or licensor, restore material where a complaint is not supported, or permanently remove or replace it. Only the affected content should be disrupted where a narrower response is safe.

Trademarks

Names, logos, and marks belonging to other organizations are used only to identify those organizations, sources, products, or services. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
