Editorial and Automated Publishing Policy

CrocsDeal operates an autonomous editorial workflow designed to publish useful, original, source-backed articles without routine human approval. The permanent lifecycle is: discover, research, create, verify, auto-fix, auto-approve, publish, monitor, and update.

Objective publication gates

Each applicable article version must pass checks for editorial quality, factual support, source reliability, originality, health and safety risk, legal and policy risk, media provenance, commercial and affiliate compliance, advertising compatibility, SEO, metadata, canonical URL, structured data, internal links, and technical delivery. Publication is tied to the exact checked revision; later material changes require new evidence.

Independent verification

The system separates creation, fact-checking, safety review, and final-approval roles. It records the deterministic validators and independently configured models or agents that actually participated. It does not claim that ChatGPT, Gemini, a clinician, lawyer, or any other reviewer participated unless that participation is real and recorded. The system does not allow a generation component to be its only semantic reviewer.

Sources and health content

Claims that require evidence are checked against appropriate sources, favoring primary, official, and authoritative material. Health content receives stronger source, claim, and harm checks, but its topic alone does not create a routine human-approval requirement. Unsupported medical claims, universal promises, unsafe instructions, and misleading certainty must be removed or corrected.

Auto-fix and safe failure

A failed check normally triggers bounded research, repair, and revalidation rather than a human task. The system may strengthen sources, narrow a claim, rewrite unclear text, repair metadata or links, add a necessary disclosure, or remove or replace media with uncertain rights. If mandatory checks still fail, that article is quarantined and processing continues for other work.

Media and copyright

Public media must have recorded provenance appropriate for use, such as original material, documented permission or license, public-domain status, or a recorded AI-generation process. Unknown rights fail the media gate. Alt text, dimensions, file integrity, presentation rights, and credits are checked separately.

Commercial independence

Advertising does not determine article conclusions. A commercial or affiliate relationship must be recorded and disclosed near the relevant link or claim. Advertising eligibility is separate from publication eligibility. If Google policy or an account decision requires genuine human curation before an automatically produced article may carry ads, the article can remain published but ad-free until that advertising-only evidence exists.

Transparency, dates, and monitoring

Published pages identify their author record, original publication date, meaningful update date, sources, and automated review context where available. Monitoring checks important sources, broken links, policy risks, rights issues, and material factual changes. Safe corrections are revalidated and promoted without unnecessary downtime; a serious unresolved issue can temporarily remove only the affected content.

Feedback

Readers can report errors, source problems, rights concerns, or conflicts under the Corrections Policy. The operator may refine this policy as the documented system changes, but will not silently reintroduce blanket human approval as the normal article workflow.
