Privacy and Data Rights

Effective October 26, 2026. Updated October 26, 2026.

Webz Fusion (UEN: 53418515X), Singapore, operates CrocsDeal. The business owner is the designated Data Protection Officer. Email support@crocsdeal.com to make a privacy request or complaint. You do not need to create an account or use particular legal wording. Our Privacy Policy explains processing and our Cookie Policy explains device storage.

Advertising choices: do not sell or share / targeted-advertising opt-out

On an ad-supported page, select Privacy and cookie settings in the footer to reopen Google's available regional choices. For a US opt-out, use the applicable Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or targeted-advertising choice and confirm it. For European choices, review the purposes and vendors and decline or withdraw the relevant consent. Reading remains available after an optional choice is rejected.

This legal page intentionally does not load the advertising or consent-provider tags. You can return to the home page to use Google's control. If it is not shown in your region or is blocked or unavailable, Google My Ad Center and participating-industry opt-outs offer additional controls; email our DPO to report the problem or exercise rights concerning our processing. These outside tools have their own scope and do not replace a consent or opt-out we are legally required to honour.

Advertising data flows may qualify as sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable US laws even without a payment for the information. Global Privacy Control (GPC) communicates a browser-level opt-out. Google's service applies the supported regional signals it receives; our site does not override a provider-recorded opt-out. Do Not Track is an older, different browser setting and should not be assumed to exercise every privacy right. Choices may be browser/device-specific and may need to be renewed after clearing storage.

Analytics and notifications

Use Analytics preferences in the footer, including on this page, to allow or reject Google Analytics. Rejecting or closing leaves collection off; withdrawing stops future collection by our integration and removes its site analytics cookies. This does not delete information already collected or change your separate advertising choice. Use the footer notification control and your browser's permission settings to turn off article notifications.

Make a request safely

Tell us the action you want, the relevant interaction or page, an approximate date, and the email address or other information that helps locate your records. Your country or state can help identify the applicable procedure, but do not send identity documents just to ask a question. We may request proportionate verification through an appropriate channel before disclosing or deleting personal information. An authorised agent may need to provide evidence of authority. Verification information is used for handling and documenting the request, not advertising.

We will explain a lawful refusal, applicable exception or permitted extension, and provide appeal or regulator information where relevant. We do not require identity verification merely to exercise a browser advertising opt-out unless the applicable law permits it. We do not penalise you for exercising a protected right. A limited request/response record may be retained for compliance and legal claims.

Singapore

Under the PDPA, subject to its exceptions, you can request access to personal data in our possession or control and information about its use or disclosure during the preceding year; request correction of an error or omission; and withdraw consent on reasonable notice. We explain likely consequences of withdrawal and stop the consent-based use or disclosure unless another lawful basis permits or requires it. The PDPA does not create an unlimited right to erase every record: retention must end when it is no longer needed for its purpose or legal/business reasons.

We respond to access and correction requests as soon as reasonably possible. If an access or correction response cannot be provided within 30 days, we give the required written notice within that period of when to expect it. A permitted access fee must be explained in advance. Raise concerns with the DPO; you can also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission.

EEA and United Kingdom

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, rights can include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability where its conditions are met, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, objection to direct marketing, and withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month; a permitted extension for complexity or number of requests is explained within that period. Rights are subject to statutory conditions and exceptions, not a blanket refusal in our terms.

You can complain to your relevant EEA data-protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Choosing Singapore law in our Terms does not remove mandatory local rights or a competent regulator's authority.

Switzerland

Where the Swiss FADP applies, you can request information about processing, recipients, retention and overseas transfers, and seek correction or other applicable remedies. Access is generally free and answered within 30 days, subject to lawful restrictions or extensions. Concerns may be raised with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

United States

Where a state privacy law applies to our processing, rights can include knowing/accessing categories and specific personal information, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, applicable limits on sensitive-information use, and non-discrimination. Some states provide an appeal from a denied request: reply with “Privacy appeal” and the decision you dispute. We explain the applicable response period and regulator route rather than treating every state's rules as identical.

For California requests covered by the CCPA/CPRA, we generally confirm receipt of an access, correction or deletion request within ten business days and respond within 45 calendar days, with notice of a permitted extension. Opt-out requests follow their shorter applicable timetable. Authorised agents may act under the law's requirements. See California privacy rights. We do not claim every US privacy statute applies simply because a page is accessible there.

Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Where Canadian federal or provincial law applies, you can request access/correction, question our practices and withdraw consent subject to lawful limits. PIPEDA access requests generally have a 30-day response period, with permitted extensions explained. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the relevant provincial authority can address complaints.

Where Australia's Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles apply, you can seek access or correction and complain about handling or overseas disclosures. Contact us first so we can investigate; the OAIC explains further complaint options. Applicability can depend on the organisation and processing, not merely the visitor's location.

Where New Zealand's Privacy Act applies, access/correction decisions are generally due within 20 working days, subject to a notified lawful extension. If a requested correction is not made, you may ask for a statement of correction to be attached. You can contact the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

Brazil and other locations

Where Brazil's LGPD applies, rights include confirmation/access, correction, information about sharing, applicable anonymisation/blocking/deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent and review of qualifying automated decisions. Access/confirmation can be provided in a simplified form immediately or a complete statement within the applicable period, normally 15 days, subject to applicable rules. The ANPD explains rights and complaints.

People elsewhere may have rights under their local law even if their country is not listed here. Contact the DPO so we can assess the applicable requirement; omission from this summary does not waive a right. Laws with phased commencement apply according to their effective provisions. We do not present a future statutory right as already in force or claim that one notice establishes compliance with every country's law.

Requests concerning Google or another provider

We handle requests for processing under our control and assist with identifying relevant providers. We cannot promise to erase information held solely by an independent provider. The Privacy Policy links to Google's information and controls; the advertising message identifies its offered vendors. This distinction does not remove our own duties.
